Code of Conduct 

The standards of conduct and integrity to be complied with by all public sector employees in Western Australia are set out in the Code of Ethics.

The Code of Ethics together with the Commission's Code of Conduct guide the Commission in its daily activities, they help staff to understand what is appropriate behaviour and help to build respect and trust within the organisation.

The Code of Conduct is designed to help staff operate in a complex environment, grounded in our vision, mission and values.  It sets out ethical standards, expectated behaviours and values required of our staff.  It reflects our commitment to work together to promote an ethical, just and responsible work environment.
